Sales Office Administrator (m/f/d)

As a key member of our commercial team in our subsidiary in Barcelona, Spain, you’ll be the central point of contact for our customers - ensuring smooth communication, reliable service, and efficient order handling. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales activities and maintaining strong customer relationships. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external customer inquiries, providing information  on products, pricing, and availability via phone and email.
  • Prepare accurate quotations based on technical requirements and manage all related correspondence. Handle end-to-end order processing including pricing checks, SAP order entry, delivery scheduling, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain customer records, update databases, and generate regular sales reports to support business decisions.
  • Ensure all direct customer quotes are processed within 24 hours. Provide daily support to account managers, distributors, direct customers, and service technicians.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Support daily office operations and contribute to a well-organized working environment.

  

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent service to customers and partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
